The fridge, usually white and a huge thing just sitting in the kitchen doing its thing.
As most moms of little ones will tell you, we spend a lot of time in the kitchen! There is food to be made and things to be scrubbed in the sink, which takes a lot of time. My kids also seem to like to be in the area that I am.
This mostly causes a little problem in the kitchen, and results in all sorts of plastics all over the floor.
I had bought some number magnets awhile ago for my 3 year old to play with on the fridge during the times I was busy there. With some Dry-Erase pens I can now expand this little activity for him and include the other kids!
I started out by drawing the numbers for matching, and he soon got the idea. He now also counts for me as he matches them up.
The drawings below the numbers are for all 3 kids. The eldest is always remarking on the apple tree and cloud, my 2 year old is fascinated by the black cat and my 10 month old I’m sure just loves looking at colors and crawling after her brothers.
My tips for this little activity is to draw the numbers on while the kids are not around or in bed. They take about 30 mins to dry enough that there are no scratches when the magnets are placed on top.
To remove, just use some warm soapy water and a cloth. If that doesn’t work use a weak solution of bleach. Our’s comes off with out leaving a mark.

That’s brilliant! We have a black frig, which I don’t like but came with our house. I’ll keep this in mind when someday we get to replace it.
