This is a rather fast and simple activity for the kids. My one year old even tried it (under supervision) but those beads holes were just a bit small for her! My 4 year old had no such problem and was happily stringing the beads on to the pipe cleaners faster than I could!
Check out this easy Christmas craft for kids!
To make, thread one bead onto the pipe cleaner and twist the pipe cleaner up and above the bead to secure. Thread more beads.
These beads are of the bigger variety and I got around 5 on per pipe cleaner. Next twist the pipe cleaner with the beads around a pen to get the twirl effect. You may have to readjust the beads into position.
Loop the top of the pipe cleaner into a hook for the Christmas tree branch and hang!

Awesome! I have tons of pipe cleaners and beads and 5 kids to keep occupied. This year, my theme is a Kid-Crafted Christmas; this fits right in.

This is a super cute idea. I am trying to find a craft idea for my toddler. 🙂
