For this Letter Of The Week S craft, you’ll need a few supplies that you may already have at home or in the classroom.
letter S printable
crafting pom poms, white (or blue or silver, if you’d like)
scissors
craft glue
crayons or colored pencils
Start by coloring the letter S with your crayons or colored pencils. We used the color blue to make it look like snow.
Cut it out. This is a great time to have children strengthen scissor skills.
Add some glue to the back of the white pom poms. Press them firmly to the letter S. This is fantastic for fine motor skill practicing.
Continue gluing the pom poms until the letter is covered.
Once the pom poms are dry your S is for Snow craft is ready to be displayed!

Make a list of other weather words that start with the letter S.
Think about words such as storm and sunshine to name a few. Make a list of your findings.
