This is the 11th and last page of the no sew quiet book for toddlers! My aim for these pages was name recognition and counting to 5.
Need to still make the quiet book? Here is the tutorial on how to make a no sew quiet book.
First you will need some numbers and the letters to your childs name.
For mine I just make a word document with a fat letter font and cut those out.
I used a normal school glue stick to stick the paper on the felt for cutting as it peels of very well but still sticks enough for me to cut out.
There is of course a much easier pre-cut solution where you can buy the ABC felt letters on amazon here.
Use velcro to secure the name to the page. Remember to use the same side of the velcro on the quiet book page and the same on the letters!
For the numbers page I hot glued the numbers across the top of the page then measured out 5 strings and gathered beads of different color and shapes to use for counting. I also cut out little squares of green (the color of my felt book) to hide the string ends from my toddler so she does pull them.
Hot glue the top strings and their hiding squares in place below the numbers.
Then slip on each of the beads in the correct numbers and hot glue the bottom strings with their covers to complete the page.
There you have it! A lovely end to our no sew quiet book. My toddler as well as my 4 year old LOVE this quiet book.
