2013 has been a real learning year for me as well as my children as we tested the waters for more learning through play activities.
Although this is not my most popular post for the year, this is the activity that I felt was the most fun and learning inspired.
Every time I bring out our egg carton color sort activity all 3 kids will come over to inspect the colorful invitation to learn. It encourages color sorting and naming as well as fine motor skills. We have made up a few games as well.
Here is a picture of my 18 month old stacking the tray, taken just last week. Do pop on over to the original instructions for even more pics and how we made it, plus a few more ideas for use.
Below you’ll find over 50 Kid Blogger Network members coming together for The KBN Best Of 2013 Blog Hop. We know you’ll find tons of wonderful ideas to browse, pin and share. We’d love for you to join the blog hop and share your favorite activity of 2013 too, and make sure you’re following the Kid Blogger Network on Pinterest.
